This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data, reservations, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

Choose the method that works best for you

Delete from the ApnaTable App

• Open the ApnaTable app on your device
• Go to your Profile or Account Settings
• Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm your decision when prompted
• Your account will be deleted immediately

Request Deletion via Email

Send an email to support@apnatable.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered email address
• Your phone number (if applicable)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.

What Data Gets Deleted

Permanently Deleted:

✓ Profile information
✓ Account credentials
✓ Saved preferences
✓ Reservation history
✓ Reviews and ratings
✓ Payment methods

May Be Retained:

• Transaction records (for legal/tax compliance, typically 7 years)
• Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)
• Data required by law to retain

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Temporarily disable notifications instead of deleting
• Update your privacy settings to control data sharing
